Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange.
To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unused and in the same condition which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To justify your return, we will require proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then the refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a reasonable time.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for the refund to appear officially in your account. Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is issued.

Only original price products can be returned, unfortunately, it is not possible to refund discounted items.

If a product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, you will be sent a discount code of the same amount.
If the product was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the donor sent the order to himself to have it delivered to you later, we will send a refund to the buyer of the gift and will be notified of your return.

When you are returning a product you are solely responsible for shipping and its costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the product to arrive may vary.
If you ship items over € 100, consider using a tracking service or purchasing a shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned product.
