Do you accept International credit cards?
We accept International Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and American Express credit cards. We use the secure environment of Viva Payment Services to process all credit cards. Please use your international billing address when checking out.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged in full at the time the order is placed.
Do you accept checks or money orders?
We cannot accept checks or money orders. We accept only VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and PayPal.
Do you accept cash on delivery (COD)?
Yes, but only on domestic orders (Greece).
Where do you ship from?
Your order will be shipped to you from our workshop in Thessaloniki, Greece.
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you.
Which carrier do you use?
Domestic orders (Greece) are sent with ACS Courier. International orders are sent with Registered Air Mail - Hellenic Post.
How much does shipping cost?
The cost is 4.50€ for domestic orders, 7.00€ for orders within the EU and 11.00€ for the rest of the world.
Do I have to pay duties and customs?
International packages may be subject to customs, duties or other fees that are calculated by country. The customer is responsible for paying any and all customs duties and fees. International packages may be delayed by customs. Unfortunately, we at Helessence have no control over these circumstances.
When will you send my purchase?
We want you to have your new Helessence product as soon as possible, so all items are typically shipped out 1-2 business days after the order is placed.
When is my package going to arrive?
Once processed, your package will be delivered in 3-4 business days for orders within the European Union and in 7-14 business days on any other international destinations. You will be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we will send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.
How do you handle returns?
